WHEN DID YOU START AT YOUR COMPANY?
February 2015
WHAT WAS THE BEST COCKTAIL YOU'VE EVER HAD AND WHERE WAS IT?
Limoncello Spritz when in Amalfi, Italy
WHY DID YOU WANT TO WORK/START AT THIS COMPANY?
My passion for empowering women (both a team of women & brides-to-be) to feel beautiful so that they can shine from the inside out.
HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF QUITTING? WHAT DID YOU DO TO GET YOU BACK ON TRACK?
Never, ever. In moments of challenge, taking a few moments of breathing & realizing that "this too shall pass." Realizing that everything is a mere blip in time & that it will pass helps it to pass with less stress and less emotional reaction. Also, never forget your "why" and your passions .... love what you do every day or choose something else. I absolutely love what I do so not a day feels like work to me.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO LISTEN TO IN YOUR CAR? (PODCASTS, MUSIC, AUDIOBOOKS, ETC.)
Music for short trips and podcasts for longer trips!
WHO IS SOMEONE YOU LOOK UP TO? (CAN BE FAMOUS, FAMILY… OR FAMOUS FAMILY.)
My grandmother who is no longer with us. A role model as a woman, mother & wife for me throughout my childhood and into my younger adult years.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING?
My favorite pastimes are reading and writing. I absolutely love to be active whether it is hiking, trail riding in my Wrangler or simply going to the gym or a fitness class. Love to cook and bake as well.
WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF?
Achieving my national qualification on my very first bodybuilding/bikini competition in 2019. A dream I had since I was young and decided to do after a really big & hard transition in my life so reaching the goal was nice but it was also the best medicine for me during that transition.
IF YOU COULD GIVE ANY ADVICE TO YOURSELF 10 YEARS AGO WHAT WOULD THAT BE?
Never be afraid to be different. Marching to the beat of your own drum is something rare nowadays and really sets you apart. It is a beauty that will attract aligned individuals into your life and not only surround you with those who cherish you but living your true purpose is a feeling that everyone should feel when experiencing this one life we get to live. Also, think with your head AND your heart .... closing off your heart closes off who you are in your core and more people need to be confident in showing that.
